21. i remember the Reagan library portraits
there's this whole gallery of presidential portraits - all of them pretty serious and impressive, most were oil paintings in muted colors. You get to the end of the line, and there's W - grinning like Alfred E Neuman, in front of some flag backdrop that looks like an elementary school yearly photo. It was so weird.

I keep thinking "why doesn't someone *tell* him to look serious? Why doesn't someone tell him how to pronounce "nuclear"?" and the "why"s just go on and on and on....
