But that is EXACTLY where the difference is.

I think I see something like a "populist" movement happening. It's kind of like the '60s.

We had underground newspapers back then. Now we have the internet. It's powerful. I think we can make the change.

But it isn't going to be easy....

Yes, people like you are standing up. This is as important as those students that were gunned down in Ohio during the Nixon adm. (Hopefully, you won't be gunned down...) Many on DU are now more organized and know what's going on just because of DU. Skinner should pat himself on the back! Without DU I would never have met some folks here in Texas that are kindered spirits.

I must say, just talking to SeattleGirl tonight gives me courage and strength. As I hope you find with the rest of DU as well. It's been said, trying to oganize us is like herding cats. We all have our own ideas.

Skinner has no idea what he has wrought.

Andy S, rest his soul, made me take notice. I can't continue the work he did, but damn, he inspired me.

(OK, I'm rambling again...)
