99. Giving up freedom will never guarantee safety.
The government continues to use fear tactics to try and keep people "in line", to get them to go along with whatever the government wants. Whenever I hear people say that it's okay to lose some of their rights "if it makes us safer", I just want to shake them and say, WAKE UP! How would doing nude x-rays of me, or of my 71 year old mother help prevent another terrorist attack?

Bush and Co. are still using 9/11 to oppress people in this country, instead of doing things that would actually help, such as securing ports and nuclear facilities, and chemical plants, etc. They don't do any of that, because they are too busy still trying to scare people into submission.

I for one will not buckle under. I will not subject myself to the kind of personal invasion like this x-ray machine would do. No way.
