I know the Masons here were questioned...but didn't hear much more about the case after that. Masons were quite hostile about being questioned. If you're talking about the case up my way.

Way back when, mid-90's, parents were warned in the Springs (Colorado) to not allow their children to go to the youth center on post because of the gangs present. It was the 4 corner squares or something like that..

Shortly before we left there two kids were murdered, execution style, just outside one of the gates by housing. Turns out the 2 who did the killing were also the dependents of soldiers...and gang members.

On another post, in Georgia, known...and I mean known, gang members were housed in the same housing area.."to better keep a watch on them"...it was well known all over post that that particular housing area housed gang members... there was a lot of crime on that post...a lot. Murder/rape/drug running...
