is not negotiable. If we hadn't been pissing off every other country in the ME for the last 80 years or so, we might be able to negotiate. Now our entire economy is dependent on cheap fossil fuel. It won't last forever and we'll start feeling the effects of this short-sightedness sooner rather than later.
