29. what moderate republicans? Collins and Snowe, maybe Specter?
To be removed from office you need 2/3 of the Senate to convict and even if you had every democrat in the Senate vote to remove Bush (if he were impeached by the house), and I doubt every democrat would (Lieberman, Nelson of NE, Landrieu) you would need 14 or 15 Republicans to convict as well, and who would they be?
