2. Who is advising bush on these things

Who are the advisors to the bush administration, that are trying to scrap all the surveys, investigations and information gathering that these agencies collect. I thought the object of progress was investigation, compiling and comparing facts.

It seems that instead of progress and MOVING AMERICA forward as opposed to moving the fighting forward in Iraq, MOVING AMERICA forward should be just as important. But this administration is moving America backwards. They are doing everything they can to push us back into the middle ages. WHY...WILL SOMEONE EXPLAIN TO ME WHY...THEY ARE DOING THIS.
