At least nothing of value. I'm not sure what the definition of "humanity" is, but if it involves getting sentimental over the death of some 93-year-old Republican, I say good riddance.
Crying over Ford's death does nothing to improve our current situation. Crying over the Katrina victims or young poor black men being ruined by our criminal "justice" system is much more likely to bring about change.
So call it humanity or compassion or whatever you like. I share your priorities and I think the world would be a lot better if more people did.
