52. Now see, a campaign issue
Oh sure, definitely a campaign issue. Especially if we can spill it over to the rest of the party.

But right NOW, on the teevee, I wouldn't want to trade the ports, the war, and the lack of rebuilding for that video clip. I don't think the video clip trumps the rest of it, right now.

On the negative campaigning, did you know that exit polls said John Kerry campaigned unfairly more often than Bush did?

Do you understand that when people say Bush lied about the WMD, that people see that as unfair negative campaigning. You and I see it as just the truth, a whole host of people just see it as unfair attacks. There are lots of things that you hear as just the "duh" truth, but a whole bunch of other people see as attacks.

It's like Jon Stewart said on Larry King, the two parties can't even agree on what reality is. Do we have climate change, or don't we. Is Peak Oil real, or not. What costs more, corporate welfare, or people welfare. Point being, just because you aren't hearing the attacks, it doesn't mean that THEY aren't hearing the attacks. Even seeing this clip on teevee will look like an unfair attack to them.
