6. That's bullshit--
They can't sue someone for letting his listeners and fans know where he was going. Given that it wasn't a public radio station, it's being sensitive to his fan base to inform them they would have to get Sirius if they wanted to continue listening to him.

As others here have said, sounds like sourgrapes on the part of CBS. If they didn't fall the the complaints of the right so much, maybe their stock wouldn't be slipping...
