In fact, I'm pretty sure that violates the DU's rules for these message boards, but what do you care?

You are correct that I was wrong about the ownership in the business deal, but even so....

For you to say that Air America had "no say" in the subject is BS and you know it. "SAY" = $$$, and if AAR didn't want to find investors (nationally) to help give them some "say($$$)" to counter the offer then that was their choice. Why didn't this fund raising drive occur BEFORE the sale went through?

Why didn't AARPHX try and raise the money (they had a VERY profitable radio business) to buy the station themselves? There is no way AAR did NOT know about the offer on the table by the Chritians - no way - becaue the radio station (of course - basic business 101) would have talked to AAR to give them a chance to counter offer (and make more $$$).

But as you say, I'm an "idiot", what do I know?
