handmade, each maybe four by six inches...black lettering on white background...

"BUSH BODY BAGS" "(Current total American casualties in Iraq)"

The second one looked like it was updated daily.

The best part--the minivan was being driven by a skinny old white guy, and had alumni stickers/faculty parking permits all over it from Oregon State University--one of the most conservative universities in Oregon and NOT a place I have ever heard of anyone protesting the war.
