15. This is not new - for the last year,
we've heard that McCain has a great chance in the general election, but may have trouble in the primaries. While Hillary, per the pundits will be a shoo in in the primaries (just like Liberman was in 2004), and may have a very hard time in the general election.

That McCain has a 57% approval from all Democrats (69 % approval rating among liberal Democrats) is very strange. Hillary, meanwhile has and approval 19% from all Republicans. Approval doesn't mean will vote for but 100- (that percent) don't actively approve so clearly won't vote for you. This clearly says that McCain will do better getting his opponents base.

Independents have a 59% approval for McCain and 53% for Hillary. These numbers are better at this point for McCain.
