to prompt this probably-unconstitutional legislation?

Don't get me wrong, I think it's dreadful that Phelps targeted servicemen and women like that.

But it's as if nobody with the power to bring forth these measures much gave a crap when Phelps was only harrassing "fag" families.

Assholes.

Anyway, if any Phelps Phollowers are lurking--if you really believe in Hell, you DO know you're headed straight there with gasoline-soaked BVDs, right?
