I was wondering whether the OP was receiving online pharmacy ads (ahem) or Diktats from Big Pharma Insisting He Try Neonostrum TR (without hinting what it does, but giving a list of dire side effects longer than the Gettysburg Address, the most benign of which is, "see your doctor if your skin begins sloughing off in hand-sized pieces . . .").

But the real question is, have you ever tried a Vinegra-and-Vanillium speedball? Whooo-ee! That'll send your cerebrum to Alpha Centauri (of course, your teeth will feel soft, and you won't be able to make a fist for three days*).
