In that run-up to get whatever U.N. vote boooosh and his cabal could get, one of the demands was for Iraq to provide a report on their Nucler and WMD programs. IIRC Iraq did comply with this request with a large document dump that supposedly disclosed information similar to what I'm seeing in this article above...but that the booosh regime didn't even wait for the dump to finish to dismiss it out of hand and send Colin "Blow" Powell to put on that fraudlent dog and pony show.

Again, there were words from Powell and Condi Rice in 2000 that Iraq was no longer the threat they had been. Well, I won't even waste electrons beating that dead horse. Let's see how much of this re-treaded material gets any traction this time.
