242. If Bush had given the contracts to local companies

instead of to his cronies, this might be different.
I remember seeing a CBS report on this, can't remember if it was on 60 minutes or news, where the reporter pressed a union man from New Orleans to blame this on the undocumented workers. He wouldn't. He laid the blame where it belongs, on the administration.
