First, "General" Clark dons his pants one leg at a time, just like the rest of us. I refuse to be taunted into using his honorific, if only because hierarchy is such anathema to me.

More importantly, in the latest polls I've read, 50% of We The People support impeachment. Only 38% supported impeachment when Nixon resigned. Our vainglorious politicians are lagging--is it because they fear the Corporatists who gild their lilies?

As a PUBLIC FIGURE who has multiple opportunities to pontificate via numerous media venues, Clark should be clear in his support of impeachment--if indeed he SUPPORTS impeachment. That would be truly courageous in today's political environment.
