If the information published was indeed sensitive information and NOT an OPINION then you have a very different case here. Can't you see that?

Personally, I am not familiar with the case, but Naomi should have made it clear that no sensitive information was leaked and only an opinion was voiced.

Furthermore, Libby's case would be apt for this argument. Not that hi was guilty of treason, but that he was indeed found guilty of obstruction concerning TREASON... AND his sentence was commuted!
