appeal judge who ruled in favor them being able to lie. What an outrage that was. Otoh, the left was not on the ball when that happened. Every blog should have then taken the position that ruling confirmed that Fox was not a news organization. And we should never have let up on that.

Because that is what that ruling meant. They are not a news organization, they are for entertainment purposes only and they're not even funny.
