Prior to 0:25 in the video, she only makes assertions as to the content of the current video report. Her comments from index 3:14 to index 3:23 seem unlikely to be controversial. From 3:57 to 4:31, she is stating her opinion that zero-tolerance policies eliminate the use of discretion and judgment on the part of administrators and teachers.
It seems that the use of hyperbole to express an opinion about this extreme situation is that to which you object. Is this correct?
I find it interesting that a person who did not spell Cenk correctly and who did not use the proper tense to express a (supposedly) factual statement would summarily judge someone else as being a "...dumb chick...." Beyond this, it is interesting that some people can only offer generalities to back up their claims; apparently these individuals cannot be specific or cannot support their own arguments.
