now that JOHN EDWARDS is THE candidate who can be a cross-over candidate! Where I live here in Florida, in my little spot further south from the snoots in Sarasota, MANY people like John
Edwards. Since it's STILL very warm here, I'm outside a lot and I have two John Edwards08 Yard signs up, and I bought the real colorful bumper stickers he has and have 2 on my mail box, so people stop and talk to me. I've lived here for years and MANY expected me to be a Clinton supporter because they know I'm an activist and solicit them from time to time.

I also have a chocolate lab and there are LOTS of dogs here too, so we meet when we are out walking the dog too and people ask me questions about him. There are three women here who are gay and had decided on Clinton, BUT I changed their minds! Several others who don't follow politics all that much were surprised about my not supporting Clinton so I just inform them too! So far, I KNOW I've switched 7 people to Edwards! I also printed up stuff from his web-site and hand it out now.... so even IF this is a Red County, in the GE I DO think Repukes will cross over to him. Many are not very happy this time around and I'm targeting them.

Just wish there was a place I could set up to pass out information, but it's almost impossible here. They don't even have vegetable stands here, they have to be inside!!
