10. ahh. What I remember from the coworker is that people assumed he couldn't

read lips, even though he always reminded them he did. They would write stuff down, which he felt was a bit condescending.
After he and I got comfortable communicating, people would pull me in the room to "translate", which was completely unnecessary, and i told them so. So, after a while, the big boss kept making me do this, so the coworker and I would sign all sorts of insults about the big boss while pretending to translate. After he left the room we'd collapse on the floor laughing. That still cracks me up.
