But some of the stuff I'm reading from DU posters are a bit over the top. Yes, he is the best qualified. Yes, he will make a great president. But the adulation here is beginning to creep me out!!!! Some of you are putting him so high on a pedestal and are expecting much too much from the man; your unrealistic expectations of what he may be able to accomplish are setting some of you up for disappointment. No one is perfect, he is not God (or a god) he's human and will make mistakes (honest mistakes, I'm sure). I do not envy the poor bastard who is next elected president and inherits the total clusterfuck that GWB will be leaving behind. It will not be an easy task, even for Al Gore. But if anyone is up to it, it may be him. All I'm saying is be realistic if he
does run.
