is a nowhere stupid strategy or just playing for 08. Democrats need to fight with the weapons they have if they are serious. That would be not sending any more funding bills for this war or impeachment (which requires only a simple majority in the House) or de-authorizing this war by simple majority vote since a de authorization would not be a bill and is the prerogative of the party in majority in Congress.
