80. If I had proof, I wouldn't print it...
...I'm not an investigative reporter, and I don't feel it's my job to accuse any specific individual of anything. I already regret an insinuation I made against one individual, in an answer earlier in the thread... Folks can believe or not. I believe my source, and he's in a position to know. My purpose here is to give some insight into our "rulers". (I might add, if I had proof against the *blackmailers*, I'd reveal it in a second, if I could somehow keep their victims safe...) You know--we've all speculated about this crew of gangsters over these past few years, and we've all enjoyed, to a certain extent, contemplating their wickedness...but when you come right down to it, I'm naive enough to be horrified at the idea of a White House--*any* White House--using these kind of tactics. I don't enjoy thinking about this, and I hope it's not true. But I think it is, and I think it explains a good deal about the strange politics of our time...
