Especially when it's hot as hell. As you get closer to the beach, you get a bathing suit/bikini top with that skirt, sometimes with a cover-up shirt, sometimes not. She looks totally normal to me, but I'm a Southern Californian. (I consider flying to Phoenix in the summer to be a masochistic act, so I have no first hand knowledge of how the young women in AZ dress when it gets to 107 degrees, but I'll bet it's not much different.)

What state is Keith from? I wonder if standards are different where he is from?

I also wondered if someone on the plain complained.
