Back to the OP.

1) He DID ask for the cop's name......and received it.

2.) No ticket? He was well on his way to getting a ticket - maybe worse - when little piggy realized he was on camera......at that point, little piggy's attitude changed - trying to "pre-excuse" his own corrupt behavior by, among other things, claiming the kid was making threatening "arm movements" ..... justifying his threat of a phony "resisting" charge.

3) A lot of people keep cameras in their vehicles for this very reason. IMO, more people need to do it.

Last but not least:

4) The kid is a moderator at Copwatch.com. He has a history and track record of taping cops.

Why is this interaction with a pig so hard for you to believe?
