8. not disingenuous at all

it did not say he was the only candidate 'to oppose' the war,several candidates did, it said the only candidate 'who voted against' the war which is plainly, factually accurate

plus it says 'and every subsequent supplemental'... Obama has repeatedly voted to fund the war.
