81. that's why the 1st amendment only applies to speech in a public forum --
so private forums can regulate their own activities as they see fit. But an open forum at a public university which a political candidate is speaking and to which the public is invited is NOT a private, self-regulating forum, and First Amendment guarantees must be respected.

That's first year law school black letter law, not just my opinion.
