but all they ever do is sit around and bash Democrats. Same with the Socialists. We have a lot of both in Madison. Some of them would actually make good candidates as progressive Democrats, but instead of running as Democrats- and they might actually win- they run as Greens. They verbally bash the Democrats but of course they vote for the Democrats and "hold their noses" because they deep down do realize that the Republicans are worse. A bell went off when I saw that phrase.

I guess this is just the irritation that comes from living in a very liberal city- the Dems do get attacked from the right and the left, even the ones that are pretty far to the left. Since I've identified myself as a Dem I have to roll with the punches.

I think we can only make the party better from the inside, and I wish I knew how to pull some of the Green left into the big tent. :hi:
