Goofy-looking as this criminal mastermind is, we should bear in mind this was probably a terrifying experience for the victim of this assault and battery (that is the crime committed here), and for all we know this guy was working his way up to a full-blown rape presaged by toe-sucking. I guess what I'm saying is that we should laugh our asses off at this cross-eyed thug, but hold some compassion for his victim.
