eat fish during pregnancy, your child might not be as bright as they can be because of the lack of omega 3 oils.
(I very rarely eat fish (canned tuna, smoked salmon) and both of my sons are very very bright, thank you very much.)
And "catapult the propaganda" sounds about right.
