One circle, Group "A", contains all the people she has directly insulted, threatened, or otherwise flung her special brand of hate-filled, rhetorical poo at.

The other circle, Group "B", contains all the people who find it 'refreshing' and 'hysterical' and 'witty' when she blurts out her foul crap about Group A.

Trouble is, she can't keep spewing the same garbage over and over again. It gets old. So she has to find new people to insult, making group A bigger. But group B correspondingly shrinks. And she has to throw out fouler and worse crap to keep her knuckle-dragger fans interested, to prove she hasn't lost her "edge". Like Ozzy Ozbourne, she bit the head off a bat onstage, now she needs to bite the head off a chicken. Next week it will be a moose. But that has a tendency to alienate, not bring in, new fans. So group B continues to shrink.

The meth eating her brain probably doesn't help, either.
