This is how he did it:
While walking through the park that grim day, Dr Kelly decided that the world was for losers and so he took out his penknife, wiped it clean of fingerprints, took out his cooking tongs and held the knife with them... He cut his wrist and then ran into the bushes and hid the tongs...
Then he just laid there and bled out.
It is all so simple.
