20. you're right, those Dems were not "major"....

and a big-name Dem such as Breaux might have defeated Jindal.....

I just meant that of the 4 candidates who got more than 0%, 2 were Dems, 1 was a Repuke, and 1 was a "No Party"....If the Dems hadn't split their vote, Jindal would be in a run-off. Obvious and elementary, but you would think that they would figure this out....The solution, of course, is a more "normal" process--i.e., primaries.
