When I was in college I was barely holding on to a suitable GPA to stay in school. my mass media class was crucial. Because I cant write well, that was keeping my grade in that class at about C-. doing a report I received a message on my "machine" at the time from a news director of a local tv station as to how they were "Not in the business of Helping people". I had my teacher listen to that, my grade went to an A+. subsequently I graduated. The media really needs to reevaluate their role in our society. Then as Now.
