Just read this on Daily Kos. I like his site, but he is very anti-front runner it seems to me. He doesn't care for candidates who may have something important to say but don't register in the polls as highly as the more recognizable candidates. He agrees with NBC which says Gravel wasn't in the debate because he raised less than 1) a million bucks and 2) doesn't register 5% in recent polls in Iowa and NH and then goes on to say if it was up to him "Kucinich and Biden wouldn't be included either." Apparently Kos is unaware that DK is at 7% (fourth place) in the most recent NH poll.
I think they all should be included--and not only included but given equal time.
