4. Here is what I don't get...

Wouldn't it be in the benefit of the large corporations other than health care or insurance to have a national health care plan. One where they didn't have to manage and didn't have to provide anything for their employees?

What is it that these companies don't want their employees to have access to health care unless they control it?
