I would not use our Congress as any kind of barometer to judge what is serious or not. If they felt the need to end Shrub's war was serious , that debate would have ended months ago as well.

Kudos to Kucinich for walking, talking, and acting like a Democrat. A rare breed on a Hill filled with sheeple!
