Ok, who flew or drove home for Thanksgiving?

I am trying to get a read on the times we are living in. Transportation during the Thanksgiving is, to me, a good indicator of state of the economy. We also have high gas prices this Thanksgiving.

So, did you travel by air and if so how was the experience? Was the airport busy? How did your experience differ from last year or the last time you went home for T-day?

Did you instead drive? If so, why? Was the commute a busy one? How much did you pay per gallon of gas in order to make the trip?

Thanks for responding!
