40. This isn't news is it? The release of the daily briefing on 8/9/01
proved that they were warned. Of course, that can be written off to ineptitude. And the "theories" about complicity have become more and more belivable to the public because of the lies, corruption and deceipt that has plagued this mis-administration in every other area.
