Take an Ambien. Drink half a mug of hot chocolate. Put Brian Eno's Discreet Music CD on and set the player to repeat it over and over. Turn out the lights and lay your head on the pillow.
You'll fall asleep almost as fast as if you listened to Gov. Sebelius tonight.
