32. "Why's that?" Well, in the past the ad guys gave us...
..."kinder, kirche, kuche" (with definitely a little schnitzel in the kuche), and "a chicken in every pot," and it worked. Now our would-be glorious leaders are talking about a gallon in every tank (but don't use it all in one day), and for the more religiously inclined, a free rapturous trip to outer space, with the catch that you have to leave your clothes -- including your underwear -- and your watch and car behind. (You get to take your *behind* with you, because you'll need it later on.)

"Why's that?" is a question that reverberates through history. The day of the demigod should have vanished when we put a man on the moon. Instead, we seem to be devolving, rather than evolving, as a country. If 70% of the people want peace and education, how is it that the least-evolved among us always grab the reins of power? "*Some* kinder, *limited* kirche, and Kucinich in the kuche" -- he *could* stand the heat, but they wouldn't let him -- didn't work out this time around, but there's *always* the future (on another planet because we've trashed this one)!

Maybe we'll see the birth of the "Why's That?" party in the future, with radical ideas like free speech for *all* the candidates (and the citizens they seek to govern), devotion to the dismantling of every effing electronic voting machine on the planet, restoration of the Constitution and the Bill of Rights (with a few tweaks like abolishing the electoral college), *compassionate* programs to cover health care (to include things good for the health like a roof over the head, warm clothing, and time off to consider "Why's that?" instead of slave working conditions that tear at the very root of *family values*!)

Don't worry too much about the body count. The likes of Hickabee point to the "quiverful" movement to replinish Earth's supply of people (women are relieved of the onerous task of taking birth control pills and have more time to ....), and this time, they'll be born *Christian*!

Want some of what I'm smoking? It's way cool shit! :)
