27. I agree, but, as long
as the government has the appearance of us being divided when it comes to the smoking issue, they can continue to take our rights away. Divide and conquer.

This idea would give smokers and non-smokers a 50/50 use of public places, but most importantly we would have checks and balances on the lawmakers, and we would be able to see if it is just a small group of people trying to make the rules for the rest of us.

Personally, I don't think this issue of second hand smoke is that big a deal to the majority, with this idea we would be able to find out.
