I think these loons need to be presented with used sanitary napkins and tampons for their inspection to make sure involuntary manslaughter hasn't been committed.
I suggested that on a Va. board after one of their halfwit legislators proposed issuing a death certificate for all miscarriages. He withdrew the bill the next day. I'd like to think the prospect of having his office filled with used feminine hygiene detritus had something to do with it.
