I wish I could forget some of them... but really it's not such a bad thing ;) I even remember the lighting, smells, sounds, words, and the music. But with longer relationships it does kind of blend together aside from holiday sex which is nearly perfectly remembered like movies as well.

Any other folks with that particular form of "perfect memory"? I also remember every fight I ever got into, which keeps me up at night sometimes. I had a fairly violent childhood.

It's not abnormal to remember events that had a deep emotional impact FAR better than daily events. However, the brain does fill in the gaps with information that fits what you've forgotten. And you don't even realise you're doing it!

There are only so many neurons and so many connections possible within the brain... I am certain that they will find some limits to the other super memory folks as they have with her. Philosophy completely aside.

Yes we do use our entire brain.
