8. Because it's such a useful thing for so many applications!
According to http://www.glopaint.com this must be exposed to light for 15 minutes to make it glow--which totally fucks the application I was thinking of, painting your car's undercarriage. You COULD paint the rocker panels, though, and get a very good neon-like effect but with NO wiring and NO load on the car's electrical system.

You can add this pigment to plastic, so Royal Mouldings (say) could make glow-in-the-dark garage door brick mould sets. No more accidentally taking out the garage door jamb with your mirrors!

Every big-box retailer in America will want to paint their loading dock doors with this.

Their website shows bicycle rims and skateboard wheels made with this pigment, and discusses painting skateboard decks with it.

It will become THE pigment for lettering control panels of things like generators.

The Army will buy this by the barrel. Soldiers have "cats eyes" on their helmet bands so you can see the guy in front of you; the cats eyes they use now just reflect light, imagine cats eyes that glow.
