Removing 8 million people will take time, effort and considerable coordination. It won't happen overnight or without media complicity. 'They' will have to remove leadership people first. Keep tabs on your friends/relations who you think may be 'on the list'. If they aren't communicating, find out why. If Kos or Skinner suddenly vanish, it will be time to leave.
