1. The problem I have with a draft, among many others, is not the ability of some to "opt out"...
...let's assume everyone of a certain age and fitness is inducted. The next question is who gets to do what? Anyone who has been in the service will tell you some jobs are more dangerous than others. Initiate a draft, and you'll see the return of the "Champaign Unit".
